Tyre shop softwareShow them the tread, then fit the tyres

Tread and pad readings for every wheel, with photos, on a check the customer opens on their phone. Then a quote they approve from a link, tyres that come off stock as you invoice them, and a reminder that brings the car back for the pair you didn't fit today.

An invoice in MechOS with a service reminder set for 12 months or another 10,000 km, and a follow-up reminder for the front brake pads

Measure it, photograph it, share it

Every wheel on one line

A grid line puts the four wheels against the readings you choose, and a measurement line takes brake pad thickness. Mark each check OK, Soon or Now, and add a photo from the phone where it helps.

The customer’s own copy

They get the check, with your notes and photos, as a link or a PDF. A photo of a tyre worn down to its wear bars says more than a line that reads “tyres”.

What your checks find

Reports list the checks marked Now or Soon most often, for every vehicle or for one make and model.

From quote to fitted

Approved from a link

The customer opens the estimate on their phone, sees your photos under the totals, and approves or declines it. The answer comes back with the time and any comment they add.

The invoice from the same lines

One click copies every line of an approved estimate into a GST tax invoice.

Paid at the counter

Pair a Linkly Cloud PIN pad and charge the invoice to the terminal, or send a link the customer taps to pay by card. Card payments start once your VenueSmart account is approved.

Stock and orders

Stock that comes off as you invoice

Tick Track inventory for this part, and every invoice line you pick from the catalogue for it takes it off stock.

Orders that arrive in parts

Raise a purchase order, receive what turned up, and the rest stays on order. Each receipt adds only the new quantity, so receiving the same delivery twice can’t double your stock.

Count it without closing

A stocktake works from a snapshot taken when you start, so you keep trading while you count, and the whole count applies in one go.

Bring them back

A reminder for the pair you didn’t fit

Add a follow-up reminder to the invoice, such as “Rear tyres” or “Front brake pads”, and it goes on its date by email, text or both.

Service reminders by date or km

A service reminder can say “or another 10,000 km, whichever comes first”, in your own wording.

Reviews from happy customers

A few days after they’ve paid, ask how the job went. Happy customers go on to your Google listing; unhappy ones come to a private form, so you hear about it first.

Questions tyre and brake shops ask

Can we record tread depth on all four wheels?

Yes. A grid line puts the four wheels against the readings you choose, such as tread depth and pressure, and a measurement line takes pad thickness. Any line can carry photos.

Do tyres come off stock when we fit them?

Yes, for parts you’ve ticked Track inventory for this part. Each invoice line you pick from your catalogue for that part takes it off stock, and receiving a purchase order puts stock back on.

Can we remind a customer about the tyres we didn’t fit today?

Yes. Add a follow-up reminder to the invoice with the reason, such as “Rear tyres”, and a date, and it goes by email or text in your words. Reminders start off, so nothing goes out until you switch them on.

Can we take a deposit on tyres we have to order?

Yes. Record a part payment and note it as a deposit. The job can be part paid and still sit on the Parts Centre list until the tyres arrive.
